Account Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and global data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), MotoUpdates provides users with full autonomy to request the permanent deletion of their account, login credentials, and associated personal data.

Method 1: Delete via Mobile App

Open the MotoUpdates Mobile App
Go to Profile Settings > Security & Privacy
Tap Request Account Deletion and confirm

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have access to the mobile application, complete the verification form below to initiate an account deletion ticket.

Data Handling & Retention Scope

Data Permanently Removed

Account credentials, passwords, and active session tokens.
User profile names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Device identifiers, push notification tokens, and local cache.
Personal vehicle intake notes and technician assignment links.

Data Retained Temporarily (90 Days)

Completed job cards and tax invoices required for audit standards.
WhatsApp transaction logs kept for legal compliance.
Financial ledger entries required by government tax codes.
