Agreement to Terms
By accessing, installing, or using the MotoUpdates web dashboard or mobile applications (com.motoupdates.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
Platform Usage & License Grant
MotoUpdates grants authorized workshop businesses, technicians, and field service personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for vehicle repair tracking, job card management, media uploads, and customer status updates.
Acceptable Use & Account Responsibilities
When utilizing MotoUpdates, you agree that you will not:
Upload fraudulent diagnostic media, unauthorized customer data, or malicious software files.
Attempt to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer API endpoints, or perform unauthorized security probes.
Share staff authentication credentials outside of designated workshop personnel.
Service Availability & Disclaimers
While MotoUpdates strives to ensure 99.9% uptime and offline synchronization resilience, the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MotoUpdates is not liable for indirect losses caused by network outages or third-party service delays.
